Skilled Therapy

Our philosophy is that the resident's dignity and self-respect are best maintained through encouragement of as much self-help as possible in all activities of daily living. Each resident is encouraged to reach his or her fullest capabilities.

Dietary

Home cooked food in a great atmosphere. Each diet is keyed to the resident's taste and needs. Our menus are overseen by our Registered Dietician, ensuring they are as nutritious as they are delicious.   The menu is posted daily in the main hallway, and alternative selections are available upon request.  Guest trays can be obtained for a nominal charge, by calling the kitchen (885-8312).

 

Environmental Services

Our Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry staff are dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for residents and families.

Activities

A full activity calendar, including night and week-end activities.  Our Activity Department is designed to enable the resident to continue to enjoy the experience of life at their highest practical level.

Activities include physical, spiritual, intellectual, social groups, community and leisure activities.

Our Activity Department is staffed by three full-time members, one part-time member and many volunteers, to provide plenty of one-on-one attention.

Social Services

Our trained social service staff aids in all aspects of discharge planning to ensure that you return safely to your home. We are also available for financial resource information and family support. We insure that the transition to long-term care is done with love and support to all involved.
